Oh goodness today was a GREAT day! As I've said I am Catholic and I am very involved in my church confirmation program and it's retreat season! Today was our first official meeting to plan for it and I am very excited!

I honestly wish and hope that everyone at somepoint in their life feels what I'm feeling right now. It's beyond happiness and excitment. So for those who might not know this is actually my 5th year helping out on these retreats and in this youth program. And many people in fact MOST people don't get why I love helping out in these things so much. And yeah I get the jokes and the looks all the time when people find out how involved I am and nights like this one make not care about all those people who might think im weird cuz I rather spend my weekend at a retreat then anywhere else! But again unless you've experienced the feeling Im experiencing right now then you will never fully understand why I do this.
These peer leaders are some of the most amazing teens in the world, and I really do love them sooo much and seeing them grow and being there for them again there are really no words unless you've felt this before haha

Today Im thankful for my church group, my peer leaders, my kids, my second family. This journey we're all starting for the next few weeks is going to be a bumpy one but it's also gonna be full of love and laughter and challenges that will help us all grow. Just remember we always have each other.

CHALLENGE: has anything ever happened to you where you just feel so happy and excited. But more like a journey you were starting and you just couldnt wait for the destination? My challenge is for you to stop and enjoy the journey. Tomorrow will get here when it's time for it to be here, dont rush something that so beautiful and makes you feel so happy just because you cant wait for the end. Make sure you really enjoy the process as well...
